All concerns are treated confidentially. You also have the option to remain anonymous. If you choose to do so, the platform allows you to maintain your anonymity while still communicating with us, including providing further information or receiving updates.
Once submitted, concerns are provided directly to Southern Cross’ Head of Risk, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs for assessment and, where appropriate, investigation.
Our existing customers or members and treatment providers have an additional option to complete our internal online Suspicious Activity Form for fraud or dishonesty-type concerns.
